The Resort is situated near to a beautiful park with the possibilities for or or take a small , moved by your own ???? The breakfast had been the same every day, but very with 6 warm soups and ????????. The staff at reception, breakfast room and for ???? room had been very friendly and helpful. The room had been very ???? and the air condition ️ and the big cooler worked properly and quiet. The allowed to relax very well. The view from the room on ️ 7 over the park had been very , especially when I enjoyed my first in the morning. I also enjoyed the in the evening. The water in pool had been clear and didn't smell for chlorine.

There had been only one guy from the staff at the swimming pool, who didn't do his job well. The first afternoon he told me that the towels are off and he didn't move his body. On the third day he didn't want give me new fresh towels in the afternoon again. The helpful lady from reception brought me new towels and talked with him. After this he every time starred to me, when hey passed me. Very uncomfortable. There is no safe in the room.

Staff,room,location,clean,pool was fine not massive but good,all well managed.

Breakfast a bit basic,eggs and omletes to order would be good & good quality coffee machine.

It was a large very nice room with a good view of the lake. It is in a good location and has good breakfast..my stay here was good.

The hotel is in a good location to visit local malls and attractions. The pool is clean and safe for kids.

Breakfast is typical Thai style - cold fried eggs which seems to be the norm, salad?! I don't know why Thais seem to think that westerners eat salad for breakfast. Why not have a toasted sandwich maker, with ham and cheese, etc so we can eat something for breakfast other than toast and tea/coffee

I have an event set at the park nearby. This hotel is just next to the park, and I can enjoy the view of the park and the small lake. The surrounding at the hotel itself is also very nice. The garden is well taken care and furnished with many trees, and some of them are rare.

The breakfast is a bit disappointment. Some items are finished without filling up. I have asked for the re-fill a few times, but no response. The equipment in the bathroom is old and not well functioned.

Aircon is old and can be loud

The lake view was splendid. The property is near the sports park for the city, and we greatly enjoyed walking around the lake. The rooms were modern and well maintained. Room service and the quality of the food was excellent. One more thing to note: the maps location on booking.com is not correct for this hotel. Use these coordinates in Google Maps to get to the right place: X36P+P6 Nong Phai Lom, Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District, Nakhon Ratchasima. Also you should be aware that there are actually *two* hotels on the premises: one is called KwanRuen Park Hotel, and the other (which is the one we booked) is KwanRuen Resort.

Our main complaint is that the hotel, for reasons of their own, chose to "nickel-and-dime" us for just about everything. We booked two rooms, and were traveling with three adults and 3 kids. They gave us "coupons" for pool usage. As it turned out each coupon was only for 2 people! Since we had 6 people in our party, they wanted us to pay extra for 2 of the kids. The other very disturbing thing about their arrangement was that they took the coupons the first time we used the pool ... and told us that we could only visit the pool *one time* per day! That's outrageous. I have never been to another hotel with such a policy. The same thing applied to the breakfast buffet: we were given two coupons, one for each room we rented ... but were told we had to pay extra for 2 of the kids. Now mind you, our kids are quite young: 3, 4 and 9 years old. There's no way a 3-year-old is going to each as much as a grown adult, and yet they wanted us to pay full adult fare! The last thing I have to say is that given the price we paid, and the otherwise excellent quality of the hotel, I should mention that the breakfast buffet was massively disappointing.

Food , all cold @ breakfast​, tried to eat diner​ there after 35 min wait​, after​ placing order , we left without​ any food , not even a glass of water.

the room was nice and clean. the pool was good size. the staff was friendly.

the breakfast was always cold, left out and not on heated serving trays. the extra cost of the fitness room. no kettle in standard room, not much of anything in standard room

Hotel is located very close to a large lake, with very good facilities for doing some sport (jogging, cycling etc). Down the road, not too far away there are a couple of restaurants for dining at evening. Room is large and quiet, for a relaxing staying. There is not much you can do around that area and you need a car or taxi to bring you to the better polaces in the city.

TV programs are more for Thai people, not too many English speaking channels. For the breakfast you have to walk to the other sister hotel in the front, since the resort building is another one behind. The breakfast was poor and the fried eggs were cold - maybe Thai people like them so, but I did not. I will probably choose another hotel next time.
